DIRECTIONS TO PLACE WEB ORDERS --
Scroll down the website's page to the (on left-side of any page) to the “SIGN-IN to Order Belting” and type-in your User Name and Password in the boxes, then Click LOGIN!

When you reach the WELCOME PAGE, Click “Orders”, then “Order Center”

After you have picked the part(s) to order from the AG Belt Catalog, type in the AG Belt Part # and Click the "Search Catalog" button once the “Item Detail” comes up, then click the "Add to Order" button. (Note: To “search” entire catalog, place cursor in part # box and hit space bar once, then click the "Search Catalog" button.)

Continue adding parts repeating the above process until your order is complete. On each part, be sure to type in your desired ship date if the one given as the default is not acceptable. AG BELT WILL CONFIRM YOUR ORDER BY RETURN EMAIL WITH THE SHIP DATES FOR YOUR ORDER.

If you need to change any information in a particular part #, simply click the blue lighted part # and it will return you to item detail on that part # - after the changes are made - Click the "Update" button, and then move on with the order.

When your order is complete, you can either Click the "Complete Order" button, or the "Save Order" button: This allows you to either complete or save your order for later reference to place the order. The light gray command box on the left of the page gives you several choices for change, etc.

After Clicking “Complete Order”, follow the instructions to get the order “Verified” and then “Submitted” with AG Belt. EACH COMMAND IS LOCATED AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGES! SCROLL DOWN IF YOU CAN’T FIND COMMAND!

Once the order is correct: Click the "Place Order" button. If this is an order that you place often, you can save it as an “Order Template” to make future orders quick and easy! Click the "Save as Template" button. At this point also, see YOUR AG BELT ORDER # . YOU CAN TRACK AND REFERENCE YOUR ORDER EASILY USING THIS NUMBER!

By Return Email, you receive your return Order Confirmation that confirms your order and ship dates.
