AG Belt™ Gathering Wheels

The AG Belt™ gathering wheel uses a proprietary recipe of natural rubber and SBR that is integrally molded to produce the most durable, high performance rubber gathering wheel available. The rubber fingers on the AG Belt gathering wheels are extremely durable, providing optimal performance longer by resisting finger breakage under extreme conditions. Our gathering wheels deliver more hay to the baler pickup and assist in gathering windblown windrows. A cleaner field on the first pass means you don’t leave money in the field. 

24" & 28" Gathering Wheels

AG Belt gathering wheels come in 24" and 28" diameter sizes. The 24" wheels feature AGCO and Vermeer bolt pattern specifications and will fit most balers.

The 28" wheel features six sets of bolt holes commonly found on Gehl and some New Holland and Vermeer balers.

Gathering Wheel Hub & Wheel Assembly

AG Belt also provides a gathering wheel hub and wheel assembly. These assemblies are designed to replace the older style wheels commonly found on earlier Case and Hesston baler models. The wheel assembly can be mounted on either side by simply reversing the wheel direction. The hub comes already assembled with the wheel and hub assembly bolted together. Please note that bearings are not included in this assembly.

Wheel Segments

AG Belt wheel segments are die-cut from heavy-duty 4-ply 440# 1/4" x 1/16" Grade 2 industrial conveyor belt. Three segments combine to make a single wheel that is both durable and economical. These wheel segments are ideal replacements for older model Hesston and John Deere balers.
